Shipping policy

Shipping

Flat fee $5 standard shipping in NZ, $8.40 for rural addresses. We currently only ship within New Zealand.

We ship with CourierPost. Tracking information is supplied when your order is packed and the collection is booked.

Please note that all delivery estimation times start from when we package and send your order. Orders are packaged and collected each weekday morning. Orders placed before 0800 will be shipped the same day.

Pre-orders

If you order a combination of pre-order and in-stock items then your order will ship when the pre-order items are in stock. 

Check the description of your pre-order items to see the expected shipping date.

Local Pickup

We are pleased to offer local pickup from Lyttelton!

Orders can be collected at Dead Video, the garage, 10 Dublin Street.

Friday 1200 - 2000
Saturday 0900-1430
